Registration for Value 2012 is required of all attendees.

Please note that both the delegate and speaker package are exactly the same and the only difference is the difference in price.

Delegate Package

Delegate Package Includes:

• Transfers to and from University of Johannesburg - Champagne Sports Resort, Drakesnberg. Please note that this forms part o the package and should you not want to make use of this transfer it will not reduce the cost of the package. The busses provided are luxury coaches which have onboard toilet facilities. Any transfers booked through private companies will be for your own account.
• Conference package for Sunday night, Monday & Tuesday includes:
• Lunch for the first two days of conference.
• Accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast basis for Sunday, Monday & Tuesday evening (27, 28 & 29 May 2012)
• Lunch during conference on Monday 28 & Tuesday 29 May.
• Lunch beverages (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SUCH AS SOFT DRINKS AND JUICES).
• Tea and coffee breaks during conference.
• Welcome dinner on Sunday 27 May 2012.
• Cocktail dinner on Monday 28 May 2012.
• Gala dinner function on Tuesday 29 May 2012.
• Entertainment at all evening events.
• Speaker abstracts on a flash drive / memory stick
• Conference bag and pen.

Delegate Package Excludes:

• Any extras charged to your room such as: room service ordered during your stay, laundry, telephone calls, use of the business centre, mini bar, etc will be for your own account.
• Flights and privately booked transfers as well as any alternative form of transportation to and from the conference venue.
• Travel insurance.
• Alcoholic beverages ordered throughout the duration of the conference and evening events.
• Private dinners, note that group dinners are included in the package however should you wish to not eat dinner with the group this would be for your own account.
