National Delegates

National Conference Package Includes:

Transfers to and from the hotel and the airport. Please note that this is provided by the Birchwood Hotel (for more details see information on the Birchwood Hotel) Any transfers booked through private companies will be for your own account.
Conference package for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday includes:

Lunch for the first two days of conference.
Lunch beverages (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SUCH AS SOFT DRINKS AND JUICES).
Tea and coffee breaks during conference.
Cocktail event on Monday 30 August including cocktail snacks and limited local beverages.
Dinner function on Tuesday 31 August including dinner and limited local beverages.
Entertainment at the evening events.
Speaker presentations on a flash drive / memory stick
Conference bag and pen.

National Conference Package Excludes:

Any accommodation booked by the delegate or invitee.
Any charges for Internet access at the Birchwood Hotel.
Should you wish to book accommodation it will be for your own account as well as any room service ordered during your stay, any expenses charged to your room such as laundry, telephone calls, use of the business centre, mini bar, internet access etc will be for your own account.
Flights and transfers as well as any alternative form of transportation to and from the conference venue.
Travel insurance.
Alcoholic beverages ordered that are not included in the evening events or throughout the duration of the conference.

3 Nights single accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. (accommodation for Sunday, Monday & Tuesday night)
